Writing clubs, classes and workshops for creative children, teens and adults

At Story Crew we believe that creative children are happy children. Writing, drawing and creating all help to build a child’s confidence and self-esteem. Being creative gives children a voice, it allows them to be themselves and the research backs us up.* But above all, it’s fun!

Reviews of Sarah’s Writing Clubs

My daughter, Lucy, really enjoyed Sarah’s writing club. Since she started she writes all the time. Sarah has created a 10-year-old writer. Keelin, Dún Laoghaire

My daughter, Tess, really enjoyed Sarah’s writing club. She liked meeting new friends and hearing them share their work which she found inspiring. Orla, Blackrock

My daughter is a budding writer and she really enjoyed and achieved so much at Sarah’s workshops and writing clubs. Her teacher really noticed the change at school over the year as her vocabulary and confidence in her writing style improved significantly. Every child should experience a workshop or class with Sarah. Breda, Dún Laoghaire

Sarah’s writing mentorship was invaluable for my daughter, increasing her confidence and commitment and providing great encouragement, advice and inspiration. Niamh, Sallynoggin

My daughter really enjoyed Sarah's writing club - she found it really stimulating, varied and most of all fun. Sarah is wonderfully enthusiastic and encouraging, and makes each young writer feel special and that they have an important voice to be heard. What a valuable way to discover the wonder of storytelling. Sarah, Dún Laoghaire

I really enjoyed Writing Club, Sarah Webb is an excellent teacher, Grace, aged 10

My daughter absolutely loves Sarah's writing group. With Sarah's expert guidance, encouragement, warmth and humour my daughter's confidence and ability has blossomed. Reviews of Sarah’s Writing Classes for Adults

I loved Sarah Webb’s writing class. She’s incredibly generous with both her time and her abundant knowledge of children’s books and publishing. She’s kind, funny and intuitive. Enagh, class member at the Irish Writers Centre

Sarah’s writing course is the best thing that can happen to emerging writers. In a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere you are encouraged to step out of the shadows and share your work with others. Simone, class member at the Irish Writers Centre
